Bindi Irwin was noticeably absent from “Halloween Night” episode of Dancing with the Stars.
On InstagramThe wildlife activist explained why she wasn't in the audience to see her little brother. Robert Irwin, come forward.
“Chandler, Grace and I have a bug and now I've completely lost my voice… so we'll be (quietly) cheering from our living room for Robert and Whitney on @dancingwiththestars,” she said, referring to her husband and 4-year-old daughter.
She noted that she was proud of how hard her brother and his dance partner Witney Carson worked this season.
“They put on an incredible dance during Halloween week, and not only do they take pride in their hard work and dedication,” she said shortly before the Oct. 28 episode.
At the end of the caption, Bindi Irwin encouraged her followers to vote for Robert Irwin.
Her mom Terri Irwin commented, “Sending get well wishes!”

Although Bindi Irwin wasn't in the audience to support her brother, Robert Irwin still came out on top on Halloween Night. He got the second best score of the evening after dancing the tango to “Sweet Dreams Are Made of This” by the Hampton String Quartet.
At the end of the episode, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck was eliminated from the competition.
“I can’t wait to talk about this with my kids in the future,” she said of leaving the show. “I did it for my kids… I can't tell you how much it meant to me.”
Affleck tied for the night's fewest points with actress Elaine Hendrix, who was hospitalized after suffering a rib injury during rehearsal. Because of the incident, she and her partner Alan Bersten were convicted in a taped rehearsal.
Hendrix is now recovering and doctors have cleared him to continue dancing in competitions.
