The trailer for the Love Is Blind season 9 reunion special foreshadowed some tense moments.
For example, when host Vanessa Lachey asks Casey McIntosh if she's dated anyone else from the pod crew since Patrick Suzuki's abrupt departure, Casey pauses and says, “Uh-huh.”
Calibria Haskim and Edmond Harveywho made it to the altar but didn't get married, reunites and host Nick Lachey asks Calibria if she feels “manipulated” by Edmond.
“A lot of this happened behind the scenes,” she says.
Edmond shakes his head and says, “No.”
At this point, Calibria takes a piece of paper out of her dress and says, “Okay, wait. I just have this little…”
Nick Amato ended up getting engaged to Annie Lancaster, but called it off before they made it to the altar. Before committing himself to Annie, Nick was also involved with Kate Nemunaitis.
During the reunion, Kate confronts Nick and says, “It felt like you went on ChatGPT and, like, looked up how to make a girl fall in love with you.”
Madison Maidenberg got engaged Joe Ferrucci, but the couple had difficulty adjusting to life together outside the pod and they split up while living together. In a clip from the reunion, Madison confronts her ex over another woman.
The trailer ends with Vanessa Lachey asking Jordan Keltner why he thinks that. Megan Valerius called off engagement shortly before the wedding.
“I mean, she's right here. Why don't we ask her?” he answers.
“I’m actually in for a bit of a surprise,” Megan replies.
