Those who are looking forward to more IT: Welcome to Derry they got lucky as HBO Max decided to move the second episode forward.
The news was confirmed in a press release where HBO Max, one of best streaming servicesannounced that it will be airing the second episode earlier than planned, giving fans a treat this Halloween.
When will the second episode of It: Welcome to Derry be released?
IT: Welcome to Derry Episode 2 will release sooner than expected and US fans will be able to stream it on Max on October 31st. It will be on the streaming service starting at 12:00 pm PT/3:00 pm ET.
You can also watch it on Sunday, November 2nd on HBO where it will air at its regular time of 9:00 PM ET/PT.
But if you ask me, I think you should check it out sooner rather than later since I called it “Welcome to the expansion of Stephen King's massive novel” in my IT: Welcome to Derry review.
Subsequent episodes of the eight-episode season will continue to air on Sundays on HBO and HBO Max until the season finale on Sunday, December 14.
Unfortunately, it looks like they're making an exception for Halloween and the next episodes won't be released until then, but the second episode is great and I hope you spend the entire Halloween watching it because it's sure to chill you to the bone.
