Kinoplex launches “Surprise Premiere Mondays” is an event that features an exclusive mystery screening of a major new release.
On Monday, November 10th, theatergoers will be able to pay $8.99 (in-theater price) to see a brand new, unreleased film. Online purchases are still eligible. $1.50 online booking fee. (or $1 for Scene+ members). Further, Cinema club members can use their free monthly pass to do this.
It is worth noting that the ticket prices are lower than regular standard admission tickets, which increased to $16 at the end of 2024.
Customers won't know the name of the movie until the lights go out. These films will be completely new and unreleased, so you most likely will not be able to guess in advance what kind of film it is.
If you are concerned about a movie's rating, you can check it on Cineplex.com before showing it. Cineplex's website also notes that the detective films will be in 2D.
Cineplex says tickets for the first surprise premiere on Mondays are selling out quickly. If you want to buy a ticket, you can do it on the Cineplex website.
