Solo Leveling: Arise continues to cook, and the latest update continues that trend with a combination of fresh content and brand new collaborations. Immediately after the introduction of new content and Hunter SSR Song Il-hwanNetmarble is now presenting a special crossover with the popular manga and anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.
The crossover introduces three new SSR Hunters. Freeren herself is a Water-type Mage who can dominate the battlefield with her highest basic magic attack (Zoltraak) – Ultimate. Fern, a Fire-type mage, increases damage with her Demon Slaying Magic (Zoltraak), a powerful one that releases powerful explosions that destroy enemies in front of her.
Stark, a Fire-type tank, swings a colossal ax with his ultimate Lightning Strike: Annihilation, knocking down enemies with satisfying force. Each of them has their own themed weapon – Freeren's Staff, Fern's Staff and Stark's Axe, and Song Jin-Woo fans can also get SSR's new light element weapon – the Hero's Sword.
The events tie in well with the update. Fellow travelers! The Registration Gift Event allows you to earn rewards simply by logging in, including the SSR Hunter's Choice Ticket. If that's too easy, take on Aura Guillotine in a co-op dungeon boss challenge where your team-building skills will be put to the test.
Meanwhile, a new boss, the Monarch of Steel, is being added to the Blazing Light Workshop. [Valtair] and tweaks the difficulty so more players can enjoy it, with a new dungeon, the Warden's Forbidden Library, arriving on November 6th.
