Get ready for the art of Slime Rancher
Indie studio Monomi Park has announced a special collaboration with Gallery Nucleus in honor of The Art of Slime Rancher, an exhibition showcasing the colorful creativity of the beloved franchise. An opening reception is scheduled for November 8th. The VIP presentation and press preview will take place from noon to 2:00 pm PT, followed by public admission from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm PT with ticket purchases. Before the main event, Monomi Park invites fans to submit questions for the developers through Slime Rancher's official social media channels.
The exhibition marks the full release Slime Rancher 2 and will highlight the whimsical world of the franchise through art and music. Hosted by industry veteran Andrea Renee, the event will include a panel discussion and book signing with key members of the Monomi Park team, including CEO and Creative Director Nick Popovich, Art Director Jenna Kemker, Lead Artist Norma Martinez and Composer Harry Mack.
The Nucleus Gallery will showcase an impressive collection of game art, including concept art, exclusive new creations from the development team, and work from over 30 artists. Special guest Yusuke Naora, known for his work as an art director on the Final Fantasy series, will also be signing his work created for Slime Rancher 2 iam8bit Exclusive Edition. Fans unable to attend the opening will be able to view the exhibition in person until November 23rd or online starting November 9th.
In addition to the celebration, Monomi Park has partnered with a renowned cosplay artist. Lightning_Cosplay create a detailed, real-life Vacpack prop inspired by Beatrix LeBeau's iconic instrument. The event will also feature themed installations, photo opportunities, exclusive merchandise and prints, continuing the excitement that followed the recent launch of Slime Rancher 2 Version 1.0 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
