Timbercreek Financial Declares October 2025 Dividend – The Canadian Business Journal

TORONTO, Oct. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Timbercreek Financial (TSX: TF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.0575 per common share (the “Common Share”) of the Company, payable on November 14, 2025 to registered to holders of Common Shares on October 31, 2025.

The Company also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “Plan”), which is eligible for ownership by holders of Common Stock and provides a convenient means to purchase additional shares of Common Stock by reinvesting cash dividends at a potential discount and without the need to pay commissions, servicing fees or brokerage fees.

Shares of common stock purchased under the Plan will be automatically registered in the Plan. Shareholders holding their shares of Common Stock through a broker, financial institution or other nominee must apply to have the distribution reinvested through their nominee.
