CBC has launched a new free advertising-supported television (FAST) channel dedicated entirely to Schitt's Creek. Schitt's Creek is airing all six seasons of the iconic Canadian sitcom, plus the one-hour finale. Best wishes, warmest wishes: Farewell to Schitt's Creek.
The new channel is now available on CBC. gem streaming service that is available free with ads or ad-free for $5.99 per month. In addition, Schitt's Creek will appear on LG Channels and The Roku Channel later this year. This is CBC's fourth FAST channel following the launch of CBC Comedy and dedicated channels for Heartland And Murdoch mysteries.
It should be noted that while CBC has a long-standing deal with Netflix Canada, only three seasons Schitt's Creek are currently in service. Meanwhile, Data shows that FAST channels continue to grow in popularity.probably in no small part because streamers continue to raise prices. While advertising isn't perfect, it's clearly becoming preferable to paying increasingly large monthly fees.
