The Company's quarterly operating results will be disseminated via a press release and posted on the Company's website (www.csisoftware.com) and the SEDAR website (www.sedarplus.ca), following the close of markets on Friday, November 7, 2025. As stated in Constellation's press release dated February 23, 2018, Constellation has ceased holding conference calls to discuss the Company's quarterly financial results. In lieu of quarterly calls, the Company has created a link on its website through which shareholders can submit questions to management. From time to time, the Company will publish answers to some of the questions received. The company believes that this question and answer mechanism will ultimately prove to be a more effective tool than conference calls as it will be searchable and provide an archive of all previous answers.
The Company's intent in establishing this policy is to provide all investors with ongoing access to disclosed information regarding Constellation's strategy, operations and current business plans.
