A new battle awaits in Honkai Impact 3rd
The third team of Honkai Impact announced that version 8.5, titled “Love Full of Light”, will be released on October 23rd. This update brings with it a wave of new content, including Elysia's latest S-Rank Battlesuit, the Hello♪♥ Love Elf. Captains will be able to immerse themselves in new stories, explore new locations and earn valuable rewards through events, weapons and equipment.
Elysia's “Hello♪♥ Love Elf” is an STS-type combat suit that uses a bow to deliver graceful yet powerful attacks. She can summon tiny messengers and perform a four-chain combo that deals ice damage. Along with her will be her signature weapon, Whispers of Pure Love, and the Days of Happiness Stigma Set. A new god key, Sea Purifying Bud, and its PRI form, Sea Purifying Bud: Connectedness, will also be added, giving battles more tactical depth.
The final chapter of the story, Reunion in the Light of Faith, introduces a new region: Difeng. This city, built by Senadina and her friends, combines nature and technology and is Leila's hometown. Players will explore the Difeng Natural History Memorial, where a series of mysterious events unfold that mark the beginning of a new story arc.
The main event of the version, “With you! Youthful Dreams” takes place at St. Freya's High School and Goldener Hof. After Kiana dreams of a carefree school life, Ellie arranges a special one-day experience on campus. However, strange forces emerge as the homework mafia threatens to ruin the fun. Completing missions in this event earns you tokens that can be exchanged for rewards such as the Dark Lord Brainiac Heavy Metal costume and crystals.
In addition to the in-game update, Honkai Impact 3rd will also release a limited-time ROG Phone 9 collaboration gift box featuring Ellie's design, a customized phone case, and themed accessories, released on October 23 under the theme “Enlightened by Love.”
