Lucrecia Martel’s ‘Landmarks’ Wins Best Film

Lucretia Martel's Sights (Our Earth) won the award for best film in the official competition this year London Film Festival.

The jury added: “By highlighting contemporary voices and forgotten histories, Martel presents a portrait of and for indigenous people and provides them with a measure of justice that the courts have long denied them. In an extremely competitive environment, our jury is proud to celebrate this exceptional achievement.”
