Montreal didn't select Dobson in the first round in the last draft, but the Habs may have won the auction in the second round, selecting the Russian 34th.
In his last 32 thoughts podcast , Industry insider Elliott Friedman said he doesn't know anyone who doesn't think Zharowski will be a big coup for the Hubs. He's big.
This is important because Montreal already has a good bank of prospects, including Michael Hage and David Reinbacher, as well as a good club.
Add to this Zharovsky and Hage, who have started the season amazingly, and you have a very well-balanced club. It's games like these that Kent Hughes and his group targeted the 18-year-old forward for.

He still has a contract in the KHL for one more season after this, but who knows, maybe Montreal will be able to bring him to the metropolis sooner?
