Friends, Colleagues and Pastors of Turning Point USA Co-Founder Charlie Kirk are celebrating his life and legacy while promoting faith, family and patriotism as President Donald Trump prepares to present him with the nation's highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, on Tuesday.
“Even though he was taken from us too soon, his legacy will inspire generations to come and will outlast us all,” Andrew Colvet, executive producer of “The Charlie Kirk Show,” told Fox News Digital. “He represents the very best of America and deserves this and every other accolade possible. Thank you to President Trump for literally rescheduling world events in Charlie's honor on what would have been his 32nd birthday.”
“Only Charlie could do this,” Colvet added.
Kirk was killed Sept. 10 while attending a TPUSA event on the Utah Valley University campus. The leader of the conservative movement was sitting under a tent talking with students when a shot rang out and hit Kirk in the neck, killing him.

Since Kirk's shocking murder, Republicans and conservatives have defended his legacy of promoting family values, upholding the Constitution, and continuing to spread his Christian faith.
In September, Trump announced he would posthumously award Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom, calling him “a giant of his generation, a champion of freedom and an inspiration to millions and millions of people.”
“I have no doubt that Charlie's voice and the courage he brought into the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on,” Trump said Sept. 11, announcing he would present Kirk with the award.
TPUSA Chief Operating Officer Tyler Boyer told Fox Digital that the awards ceremony will be felt by every young person who has been involved with the conservative advocacy group.
“Today, Charlie will be honored on behalf of the millions of conservative activists he helped raise up to save the movement and the country. Today at the White House, this reward will be felt by every young man and young woman impacted by his work. They can wear it too while still doing their job,” Boyer said.
David Engelhardt, lead pastor of The King's Church of New York and TPUSA board member, told Fox News Digital that he was “honored to witness this moment recognizing Charlie's courage, conviction and leadership in defending faith and freedom.”

“Charlie is a rightful recipient of the Medal of Freedom because he believed that God's moral order, based on faith, is not the limit of freedom, but the soil in which it grows,” pastor and friend of Charlie Kirk and his wife Erica. “People who destroy this soil in the name of creating a safe space and to protect themselves from “dangerous ideas” will soon find their land barren. Charlie stood for freedom, properly ordered and based on the gravity of God's system.”
Colvet added in his remarks about Kirk that the deep faith of conservative power and calls to defend freedom and the Constitution will continue to inspire Americans even after his death.

“Charlie dedicated his entire being to saving America, and in many ways he accomplished even more,” Colvet said. “He proved that the blessings of freedom could be passed on to a whole new generation, even when many thought all hope was lost. He proved them all wrong. In both life and death, his message sparked a revival of faith and freedom throughout the world, an impact we will never fully understand.”
