Liberal Fox News Channel's “The Five” host Jessica Tarlov acknowledged that immigration is clearly a win for Republicans and a loss for Democrats, noting that the GOP turned the tide in the 2024 elections after red state governors decided to bus illegal immigrants into northern blue states.
In a newly surfaced clip on X, Tarlov spoke with Katie Couric on her podcast, The Next Question with Katie Couric. They discussed the results of the 2024 election following President Donald Trump's victory.
Tarlov made it clear that Democrats were not prepared for what happened in the country after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis loaded busloads of illegal immigrants in 2023 and sent them to places like New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and others, making it a problem for the entire country, not just for border and red states.

New media-hushed poll blasts Democratic claims
“There has been a tendency among Democrats, and especially among Democrats discussing this issue, that people giving interviews or being members of the media minimize [illegal immigration issue] this is for the first two and a half years,” Tarlov said. “When a LOT of people came here.”
“And I thought it was a trick when they started transporting migrants by bus… [to Martha's Vineyard]. It was the smartest thing they ever did,” she added.
Couric said her friend, who lives in Florida, loved it.
“I have a friend who lives in Florida. And I said, “What do you think about Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott taking some of these immigrants and moving them to northern states?” – Couric responded. “And she said, 'I thought it was great because no one had paid attention to it before.' And I really think the untold story is the strain on social services… this huge influx of immigrants, and I think the mainstream media has kind of ignored that at its peril.”
So, for those keeping track, two liberals in the media admitted that under former President Joe Biden, not only were there “a lot of people” and a “huge influx” of illegal immigrants coming into our country, but that it was hurting Americans.
I love it when the truth finally comes out. For all the cries we heard during four years under Biden about how invading our country was no big deal, Democrats knew they were hurting the country and didn't care about staying in power. This is quite an admission from these two.
Do we really think Tarlov and Couric would have admitted that this was the case if former Vice Presidential Salad Queen Kamala Harris had won? Even if they knew it was true? I don't think so.
The Republican Party, led by these strong red state governors, brilliantly succeeded in making illegal immigration a national issue, which resulted in sending Trump back to the White House.
And everyone vote Since Trump has launched a crackdown on immigration, including closing the border and arresting illegal criminals, this is proving to be a winning issue for the Republican Party.
It's also further proof of why Democrats, led by radical leftist protests and violence against ICE, want this to just go away, because they're losing from it.
