President Donald Trump has called on Congress and other relevant authorities to investigate the reasons for his first impeachment.
In his Truth Social Sunday post, Trump specifically called out the California Democratic representative. Adam Schiff subject to investigation and said a number of laws and protocols were violated in connection with his impeachment.
“The Ukraine (mine!) impeachment scam was a far bigger illegal hoax than Watergate. I sincerely hope the proper authorities, including CONGRESS, look into this! Adam “Schiffty” Schiff was sooooo dishonest and corrupt. So many laws and protocols were broken and just plain broken!!! President DJT.” Trump said this in his post.
This goes back to 2019, when Congress voted to impeachment Trump during his first term due to a scandal involving a telephone conversation between Trump and the president of Ukraine.
