From Annie Hall to The Godfather films, from The First Wives Club to Baby Boom, from Father of the Bride to Something's Gotta Give, this resume was nothing short of iconic and Hall of Fame worthy. I was very fortunate to work with her many years ago on an unproduced HBO pilot, and what I found were some of the most humble, relentlessly funny and incredibly talented people I have ever met. In many ways, this year will be defined by the loss of Hollywood, which we will never see again. There is simply no replacement for Gene Hackman, Robert Redford or Diane Keaton. They were mavericks who helped redefine cinema for an entire generation. …My heart My sympathies go out to all of Diane's family at this impossible moment. Rest in peace”

From Annie Hall to Something's Gotta Give, she made every role memorable. But off screen, she brought joy, laughter and her own style… Thank you, Diana, for reminding us that authenticity never goes out of style.”

Pathos, humor, levity, your ever-present youth and vulnerability – you imprinted your SOUL into every role, making it impossible to imagine anyone else inhabiting it.
