Tik Tok Star Mostly Manny – known to his 1.3 million followers as “The Boss and the CEO” – shared an emotional update from his life, revealing that he had recently been diagnosed with HIV.
Manny opened up in a raw video posted to his social media, saying he learned of his diagnosis this summer after he suddenly lost the ability to walk. He claims he believes his ex-partner contracted the virus and says he is currently in rehab learning to walk again.

In one clip published on InstagramManny uses a walker and therapists help him walk down the hallway. Despite the physical and emotional challenges, he says his faith and sense of humor help him persevere, adding that God is good and he takes medication.
Manny revealed his treatment costs around $4,000 a month, saying financial pressures are forcing him to work harder than ever, but insists he remains positive. He says he's happy to be alive and feels like the boss and CEO he plays online.
By the way, a GoFundMe was created to support Manny's medical bills, which the viral star shared on Instagram after revealing the diagnosis.
The influencer added that the experience has given him a new perspective on gratitude, calling himself a happy and blessed person. His video has since gone viral, with thousands of fans flooding the comments with prayers, love and support.
