“We experienced a glitch in the EA app today that prevented some of our Battlefield 6 pre-order players from being able to access the game, and we know that can be frustrating, so we wanted to offer an apology… with benefits.

“The fix has already been implemented. But we're not done yet. Any EA app user impacted by this will receive 12 hardware and 12 60-minute career boosters, which should arrive in affected players' inboxes this weekend.”

However, that's not all.

“In addition, we will also provide affected players with full access to the Season Battle Pass. If affected players purchased the Phantom Edition, we will provide them with access to the full Season 2 Battle Pass. We would like to apologize for this disruption.

“To be clear, this is the only Battle Pass reward, but the Phantom Edition includes Battlefield Pro, so we've moved the reward to accommodate that.”
