Some Toronto Blue Jays fans are preparing to cross the border to support the team against the Seattle Mariners in the American League Championship Series.
Jays-Mariners games usually draw a large contingent of fans from western Canada to T-Mobile Park, but the postseason race only adds to the excitement.
Another voyage from Victoria to Seattle is planned on the FRS Clipper, dubbed the Playoff Express.

The lifelong Jays fan travels in memory of his father, Dave, who shared his love of the game and died this summer.
Simpson says his father would have loved the success the Jays have had.
“Sometimes being a fan of a sports team can be difficult. You experience losses, you're emotionally involved with the team, and you want the team to succeed, and you see the guys trying, but sometimes your toughness isn't enough,” he said.
“It's just incredible to see the team put in such an effort. And I think he would be very proud.”
The best-of-seven American League Championship Series begins Sunday with Games 1 and 2 in Toronto before moving to Seattle on Wednesday.
