AWS has launched a new AI agent platform that helps business users discover insights, conduct research, automate tasks, and visualize data across multiple applications.
Fast Luxury, Amazon The Web Services (AWS) product uses agent-based artificial intelligence to connect to internal repositories such as wikis and intranets; Native AWS services such as S3 and Redshift; as well as over 1,000 third-party applications through MCP, an open standard developed by Anthropic.
Although this is a new launch, AWS says it has already tested the feature with tens of thousands of employees and dozens of customers.
Amazon Quick Suite is a comprehensive ecosystem of enterprise AI agents.
ABC speaks Quick supports workers as they enter a new era where they can interact with data through an intuitive web interface or through popular apps like Office 365 and Slack.
“Working with an AI agent is now as easy as communicating with a teammate,” the company said.
Quick includes 50 built-in connections to popular data platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Salesforce And cloud storage platformsbut companies can also use OpenAI or MCP to connect to user resources.
AI agents make interactions with data more efficient by performing tasks such as writing and sending messages based on information obtained through Quick Suite.
In addition to building AI user agents, Quick Suite includes several other Quick-branded products: Quick Sight for analyzing structured and unstructured data and answering questions with visual information; Quick Research, which aggregates company data from more than 200 trusted sources for real-time context; Quick Flows for creating automated workflows; and Quick Automate, which can handle more complex multi-system workflows.
Separate mail confirms that Quick Suite is now generally available, but only in the Eastern US (Northern Virginia), Western US (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Sydney) and Europe (Ireland), with more regions to follow in the coming months.
