TORONTO – The Toronto Blue Jays are heading to their eighth American League Championship Series – and first since 2016.
The Blue Jays beat the New York Yankees 5-2 last night at Yankee Stadium to clinch the AL Division Series at four games.

Toronto now faces the ALCS, with Game 1 on Sunday at Rogers Center against the Detroit Tigers or Seattle Mariners.

The Tigers and Mariners are tied 2-2 heading into Friday's deciding Game 5.
