Academy Double, World Cup heroism and international adventures
Certainly, Austria's success at the Under-17 World Cupwhich included nine of our young bulls, was the highlight of 2025 at youth level. The development of our youth this year has been accompanied by many other exciting developments and we look forward to seeing action at the Red Bull Arena in a few years' time. Let's take another look at best moments.

The year 2025 has begun with a real statement! In February, the U16 Academy team won. at the first Bull Cupfinishing first among ten Brazilian teams and defeating Santos in the final.
The championships are usually celebrated in May, but March was also wonderful: our U20 girls completed their wonderful season in Women's League of the FutureAustria's top youth league, champion title holder. Captain Valentina Akrap, who has since played for our Bundesliga team, opened the celebrations with her decisive goal against LASK. The good times continue and it is no coincidence that Hiermann's team also sit comfortably at the top of the table in the current campaign.
Another highlight: The Young Bulls' European journey in 2024/25 took them to the Final Four in Nyon. In a dramatic semi-final, our previously unbeaten U19 team were ultimately defeated 1-2 by Trabzonspor in Europe's most important youth competition, the UEFA Youth League.
Academy double
Inspired by their success in the team competition for the Wings Cup, which was hosted by RB Leipzig, the U16 academy players as well as the U15 hopefuls were victorious. titles in the Austrian Football Association Youth League (ÖFB) – both teams boast the best attack and the strongest defense. The odds are very good that Red Bull Football Academy will score a hat-trick of U18, U16 and U15 championships for the sixth time (!) next year, with the youngest team just one point behind leaders FC Austria Wien, and the teams coached by Tobias Kern and Danny Galm sitting at the top of the table.
Speaking of Tobias Kern: when it comes to international tournaments, we cannot forget the Next Generation Trophy, which has long established itself as a career boost for players such as Phil Foden and Konrad Laimer. Kern's men once again demonstrated remarkable talent by reaching the quarter-finals of this tournament. prestigious U16 competitions as group winners. The race ended only against Red Bull Bragantino, the future champions.

The year 2025 ended with new milestones: firstly, our youth under 15 years of age won Porsche Cup in Stuttgart, becoming the first club to do so for the second time. Then our guys proved their invincibility at the AKA futsal convention. A 5-1 final win over Austria Vienna in early December was a fitting end a successful year for our young Bulls.
